Benzodiazepines Treatment

Benzodiazepines are a class of drugs that can treat a range of conditions. Doctors often prescribe them to treat anxiety, seizures, and insomnia. The short-term use of these medications is usually safe and effective, but long-term use can lead to tolerance, dependence, and other adverse effects.

There are different types of benzodiazepines, and they have different uses. They include:

• alprazolam (Xanax)
• clonazepam (Klonopin)
• diazepam (Valium)
• lorazepam (Ativan)
• midazolam (Versed)

Taking too much of a benzodiazepine can be dangerous, and mixing it with alcohol or other substances can be fatal.

Drug Addiction Treatment at the Estate

At The Estate at River Bend, we focus on a nature-based experiential recovery approach. Our private residential treatment center is surrounded by a secluded 108-acre forest, which serves as an integral part of the healing process. Our research-based therapeutic interventions incorporate treatment modalities including ropes courses, challenge activities, and other hands-on experiences in both one-on-one and group sessions.

Here you’ll learn important recovery lessons about trust, communication, perseverance, team-building and other tools for overcoming obstacles to sobriety. We also offer traditional drug addiction treatment including CBT, DBT and EDMR with care that’s individualized to your loved one’s specific needs.

In turn, allowing them to provide the best guidance and care for our inpatient and outpatient facilities. Addiction recovery can be dangerous for people who try to do it without the help of medical professionals. This is why we seek out the best nursing staff to ensure that our patients feel safe within our facilities.

Support

Our support staff fills in all of the gaps needed to provide the best care possible for our patients. We rely on everyone in our support staff, including maintenance teams who care for our beautiful grounds, our Care Coordinators who act as our first point of contact when answering phones from our state-of-the-art call center, and our Clinical Assistants who guide patients through their recovery journey.
